Reyburn & Bryant Open New Office in Kerikeri

Reyburn and Bryant are bringing planning and surveying into the heart of Kerikeri, with their new office located at Suite 1, 88 Kerikeri Road, Kerikeri.

Kerikeri fertile enviroment for growth

Renowned for its fertile soils and sunshine, farmers markets and wineries, the town has a growing reputation as the food basket of New Zealand. According to Reyburn & Bryant’s Director Brett Hood, the place is changing. Kerikeri is just 90 minutes from Whangarei and easily connected off State Highway 10. Remote work opportunities have enabled a lifestyle shift and the town has seen younger families move into an area that has long been popular with retirees.

Kerikeri has a small urban footprint, where the management of versatile soils is being balanced with growth. With the soon to be launched Far North District Plan, and ongoing resource management law reforms, the company recognise that now is the time to prepare for the future.

Reyburn & Bryant have been serving Northland with surveying and planning services since 1965, with support out of their flagship Whangarei office. They understand the growth-related challenges faced by rural communities, and the potential for partnerships and green solutions to accelerate the delivery of core infrastructure needed in Northland.

Planning and Surveying for Kerikeri's future

The team are ready to provide planning advice to deliver unique developments, new subdivisions and strategic advice toward Kerikeri’s future. The new office will bring planners and surveyors to Kerikeri. According to Mr Hood, Reyburn and Bryant’s point of difference is having complimentary planning, engineering, and surveying services under one roof which enables a coordinated team approach to subdivision and development in this unique environment.

Part of the local community

Reyburn and Bryant are part of the Kerikeri community. They’ve worked with tangata whenua across Te Tai Tokerau and have relationships with iwi and hapu throughout the Far North District. Their planners are closely following the direction being taken by the District Council and central Government reforms. Reyburn and Bryant are progressing a variety of interesting new projects in the district and are excited to be part of the Kerikeri business community.
