According to Reyburn & Bryant’s Director Brett Hood, the place is changing. Kerikeri is just 90 minutes from Whangarei and easily connected off State Highway 10. Remote work opportunities have enabled a lifestyle shift and the town has seen younger families move into an area that has long been popular with retirees.
