Summerset Retirement Village - Par Lane - Whangarei

Project: The establishment of a comprehensive care retirement village that consists of 214 villas for independent living as well as 119 suits for higher-level care. The development also involves a large multi-story central building that accommodates communal and recreational amenities.

Our Work: Reyburn and Bryant planners prepared and obtained land use consent for the establishment of the buildings and associated operation of the village on a non-notifies basis. Our surveying staff have also been involved with the construction of the development undertkaing topographical surveys, setting out buildings for construction, recording asbuilt information, and providing construction support.
