Te Hape Village Plan Change, Maunu, Whangarei

Client: Whangarei District Council.

Project: Zone change at Te Hape Village from Countryside to Living 1 (residential) to allow for residential development.

Our Work:  Reyburn and Bryant prepared the plan change application and managed the project on behalf of the Whangarei District Council. The work included coordination of consultants, and evidence preparation and attendance at the hearing.
