Civil Engineer, Engineering Surveyor Vacancy

Reyburn and Bryant are proud Northland based planners and surveyors with an extensive base of long term and diverse clients.  We provide services in planning, cadastral surveying, land development engineering, civil construction supervision and project management.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Civil Engineer/Engineering Surveyor to join our multi-disciplined and motivated team of 30.

About the role:

The role will be based around the company’s numerous land development projects.  Requiring design and documentation for the associated three waters servicing, stormwater attenuation solutions, earthworks and roading.  You will be responsible for the resulting construction supervision and contract management with a good balance of office and site-based involvement.

About you:

  • You have a Bachelor of Civil Engineering /Bachelor of Surveying qualification
  • Have NZ based experience
  • Are confident with 12D or similar design software
  • Have experience with Land Development engineering, subdivision works, wastewater and stormwater drainage design, earthworks, roading construction, water reticulation, stormwater treatment and attenuation systems
  • Have an understanding of the NZS 3910 contract administration standard
  • Possess strong communication skills and organisational capabilities to manage work demands across multiple projects
