Lodestone Solar Farm

Gill Road - Kaitaia

Project – Development of one of the country's largest solar farms on Gill Road, Kaitaia. The solar farm will involve 60,000 panels covering 60ha of the 80ha site. The solar farm will generate 39 MW of electricity at peak output, which is enough to power 8,000 homes. The electricity will be fed back into the national grid.

Our Work - Reyburn and Bryant was involved in obtaining the necessary resource consents and approvals, completing drone surveys of the site, providing feedback on consent condition requirements throughout construction, and obtaining building consent exemptions for this landmark renewable energy project.
